While managing the P&L's of some of the world's most renowned brands, I have led marketing, sales and training teams in five regions, steered complex growth projects and investments, and built selective distribution channels in over 40 countries, spanning retail and digital. I am also an active advisor and mentor to female entrepreneurs in Zurich. I have founded and run three companies in Zurich, Switzerland. My biggest entrepreneurial achievement was creating and growing my own high-tech, luxury skin care brand, ELIXSERI, from 2014 to 2020. As a start-up leader, I have gained knowledge and expertise in general management, business planning, finance & fundraising, and Swiss law for companies.
